On the day of your appointment, please remember to bring the following:

  • Your Referral Form
  • Any previous relevant X-Rays or scans (if available)
  • Medicare Card/ Pension Card

Also remember to wear comfortable clothing and notify our staff if you have any special needs, allergies or believe you may be pregnant.

Fees & Billing

At Chatswood Infinity Medical Imaging, our aim is to offer the best diagnostic imaging services and accessibility to our patients.

We offer bulk billing services for eligible medicare card holders. However, please be advised that some tests or procedures may attract an out-of-pocket charge.

Also, all overseas residents over 65 years and under 16 years will be charged at MBS rate.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm Mondays- Fridays.

How do I prepare for my exam?

At the time of your booking, our staff will explain how to prepare for your test/scans. Should you have further questions, please call us on 02 9372 5500.

Do you accept other diagnostic imaging provider request forms?

Yes. We are happy to accept all referral forms.

When would I be able to get my report?

Your report will be sent to your referring doctor either by fax or secure electronic distribution. If you wish, we can also provide an electronic access to your images, so you can access to your X-rays and scan anywhere, anytime.


How do I settle my account?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, cheque, visa and master cards.
